At Floxarixshex, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return products and request refunds. This policy complies with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act and EU consumer rights regulations.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Distance Selling)

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

2.1 Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), physically acquires the goods.

2.2 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You can:

Your communication should include:

  • Order number and date
  • Clear statement of withdrawal

2.3 Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your returned goods or proof of return.

Unless we have offered to collect the goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return under the right of withdrawal:

  • Products must be unopened and in original packaging
  • Products must be in resalable condition
  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the goods

3.1 Products Not Eligible for Return

The following products cannot be returned for hygiene and health protection reasons (as per Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(e)):

  • Opened dietary supplements
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products that have been tampered with

This exception applies only where sealed goods were unsealed after delivery.

4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship the products back to us securely

4.2 Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless:

  • The product was defective or damaged upon receipt
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product does not match its description

Please use a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

5. Refunds

5.1 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account

5.2 Refund Amount

Your refund will include:

  • The full price of the returned products
  • Standard delivery costs (if returning all items from an order)

We may deduct from the refund any diminished value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  2. Provide photos of the damage or defect
  3. Include your order number and description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping costs.

7. Wrong Product Received

If you receive an incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the order
  • Do not open or use the incorrect product
  • We will arrange collection and send the correct product

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product:

  1. Return the original product following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired product

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or statement again
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times vary
  3. If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, contact us at question@floxarixshex.world

10. Statutory Rights

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights under Finnish law and EU consumer protection regulations. If a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn't meet quality standards, you may be entitled to:

  • A repair or replacement
  • A full or partial refund

These rights exist in addition to the 14-day withdrawal right.
